Scope of Work- Reliable Consulting Engineers

1.       Solar Power plant Design & Engineering.

2.       Liasoning & Approval with Govt.Department, Discom, GEDA , Electrical Inspector Approval, Drawing Approval.

3.       Project Management for smooth execution of the project within scheduled timeline.

4.       Supply of all equipment of solar PV power plant (including Packaging, Forwarding, freight & transit insurance)

5.       Providing field Training to client personnel for the Operation & Maintenance of the plant.

6.       Performance Testing of the Complete System after Installation & Commissioning

Completion Period:

 1.       The goods will be delivered Within 30 to 45 days from the date of your technically and commercially clear Purchase Order along with advance.

2.       Installed within 45 days from the receipt of material at site.

3.       The Delivery/Completion shall be reasonably extended if:-

1)      The technical or commercial data required by us to execute the order including advance payment are not made available in time or if subsequent changes are made by the purchaser, which delay the delivery.

2)      Any other delay attributable to the purchaser.

Required Documents

·         Latest Electricity Light Bill Copy

·         Ownership documents like Property Tax Bill / Property Card / Index 2 / rent –lease agreement.

·         Enclose self-certified copy of Boards Resolution Authorizing person for signing all the documents related to proposed project.

·         MOA of the Company.

·         Pan card of Company.

·         Online Payment Fees for Project Registration in favour of Gujarat Energy Development Agency and Payable at Gandhinagar for Rs.15,340

·         Self-Certified ID Proof Copy of person giving Authorizing Signatory.

·         AC side Electric Drawing SLD (single line diagram) in CAD file or hard copy.
