• Charges are: Rs 200 for 1 phase, Rs 500 for 3 phase LT Connection and Rs 2000 for HT connection upto 100 KV

·       Devising project execution plan and project coordination manual

·       Reviewing project specific procedures to ensure all project activities are performed as per the contract requirements

·       Evaluating the performance of the subcontractor post award of contract

·       Conducting follow-ups with clients on approvals and instructions, attending client meetings and liaising with client on all issues of the project deliverables

·       Verifying that suborders of materials are in line with supplier’s engineering and manufacturing schedule along with monitoring respective deliveries

·       Resolving any potential operational issues that may impact the deliveries, monitoring the recovery of delays and implementation of remedial actions

·       Conducting Risk Review Workshop, analyzing risks and liaising with stakeholders to mitigate Schedule and Cost impacts

·       Establishing and maintaining healthy relationship with suppliers and monitoring supplier performance

·       Conducting routine checks for field expediting requirements at supplier’s shop and planning expediting visits after consultation with the project manager and solicit supplier to maintain an inspection plan

·       Liaising with QA/QC Dept. and conducting inspection visits for ensuring that QA/QC approvals are completed

·       Organizing diagnostic studies of ongoing project like Earned Value Analysis, Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Estimate at Completion (EAC) to measure what is achieved vis-à-vis the plan based on progress reports and feedback to ensure timely completion

·       Ensure appropriate action on Cost Performance Index- Periodic review, analyzing budgeted cost vs actual cost, monitoring quality and networking with Multi-discipline Engineering, Procurement and Construction Team along with assisting the contracts team in submission of variation claims

·       Ensure appropriate action on Scheduling Performance Index- Ensure Engineering, Procurement and Construction deliverables are achieved as per planned dates, Variance Analysis and Manpower Productivity Analysis for construction work

·       Perform Delay Analsysi and liasing with Contract team to prepare backup for Extension of Time

·       Conducting forecast estimate and preparing & reviewing monthly Cash Flow Statement of the project

·       Participating in department development activities for continual improvement in the project control system/services

·       Liaising with Client and PMC for project planning and control related issues
